The Tokenizer Corporate Family includes Tokenizer’s subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, other corporate entities under common ownership, and any of their respective agents, consultants, employees, officers, and directors.

We respect the privacy concerns of users of our Service and have created this Policy to explain:

  1. What information we gather from you when you visit our Service,
  2. How we may use such information,
  3. Your choices regarding how we use such information, and
  4. The security measures we take to protect such information.

Certain information is collected automatically through our technology; other information is collected only when you choose to give it to us (for example, when you set up an account, register for a contest, or sign up for a specific online transaction).

Summary

Although you should read through the entire Policy, the following is a summary of some of our most important privacy practices:

• We may use your personally identifiable information to provide you with services, process payments, improve our services, and send you information about upcoming events, announcements, and contests.
• We may share your personally identifiable information under certain circumstances as disclosed in this Policy.
• We take reasonable measures to secure your personal information. However, no security system can guarantee complete protection for your data at all times.

Principles for Processing Personal Information

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with applicable legislation. Our approach is consistent with our desire to keep you informed and to uphold your privacy rights. When processing personal information, we adhere to the following principles:

  1. Data will be processed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Data will be collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in ways incompatible with those purposes.
  3. Data will be relevant to and not excessive for the purposes for which it is collected and used. For example, data may be rendered anonymous if deemed reasonable, feasible, and appropriate, depending on the nature of the data and the associated risks.
  4. Data subjects will be asked to provide clear and unequivocal consent for the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data.
  5. Data will be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Reasonable steps will be taken to rectify or delete personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  6. Data will be retained only as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed, as further described in this Policy.
  7. Data will be deleted or amended following a relevant request by the concerned data subject, provided such request complies with applicable legislation.
  8. Data will be processed in accordance with individuals’ legal rights (as described in this Policy or as provided by law).
  9. Appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, and accidental loss, destruction, or damage to data. In the event of a violation involving personal data, we will take appropriate steps to stop it, determine liabilities in accordance with applicable law, and cooperate with the competent authorities.

Information We Gather Automatically

When you visit this Service, certain non-personally identifying information is recorded automatically by our Internet servers. For example, Tokenizer may collect and store some or all of the following information provided by the social network:

• Your physical location and that of devices you use to access our Service
• Your gender
• Your birthday and/or age range
• Other publicly available information on the social network
• Any other information that you or the social network shares with Tokenizer

If you access our Service via a social network, you should also review that social network’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Among the purposes for which we may use otherwise non-personally identifying information is identification in an emergency threatening life or property, or where legal process allows such use. For instance, we may use your IP address or other automatically recorded information, in cooperation with your Internet provider, to identify you if needed to enforce our Terms of Service or resolve any issues harming our rights or property or potentially causing harm to other users of the Service.

You are never obligated to answer our questions or interact with our Service. However, refusal to do so may limit the products or services we can offer to you.

When you provide Personal Information to us, we may use it to create a “My Profile” page for you, stored in a database protected by reasonable security measures. To prevent unauthorized access to personal information, all electronic personal data held by Tokenizer is maintained on systems protected by secure network architectures featuring firewalls and intrusion detection devices. Additionally, data stored on our servers is backed up onto separate media to mitigate accidental loss or destruction. The servers are housed in high-security facilities with restricted access and fire safety measures.

Physical and Administrative Security

We employ reasonable physical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information. While we strive to maintain robust security, no system can guarantee absolute protection. We assume no liability for disclosure of your data due to unauthorized access, errors in transmission, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For Parents Regarding Their Children’s Privacy

All our content is safe for children of all ages.

Cookies

A “cookie” is a small text file placed on your computer’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make using our Service easier by saving your passwords and preferences, keeping track of items in your shopping cart, and helping identify you when you return. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when one is being sent. If you disable cookies, certain parts of this Service may not function correctly or may run more slowly (e.g., you might lose personalization settings or experience difficulty accessing certain features).

Some of our webpages may also use electronic images (often called “Clear GIFs,” “Single-Pixel GIFs,” or “Web Beacons”) to count page views or access cookies. These are typically very small files. We generally use Clear GIFs to compile aggregated, anonymous statistics about Service usage. We may also include Clear GIFs in emails to determine their open/read status. Some advertising networks that serve ads on our website may occasionally use Clear GIFs within banner ads.

Some of the advertisements and services on our web Service(s) are delivered by Internet advertising companies that use cookies and similar technology to deliver ads and collect anonymous user information.
